SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We provide business information authentication services performed by reputable lawyers worldwide. This service is offered at two levels:
Level 1: Authentication of basic business information
The information that may be requested for authentication at this level includes basic business details such as: company name; country; tax identification number; legal entity type; name of the legal representative; registered office address; phone number; email; company and staff images, etc.
After the requested basic information is authenticated, Lin Cabin will publish the authenticated information on the website lincabin.com and the client will be provided with an authentication code to access the listed information. Only those who access the website and have this authentication code will be able to view the authenticated business information.
Level 2: Authentication of business profile
The information that may be requested for authentication at this level includes and extends beyond the scope of basic information in Level 1. You can request authentication of other business-related matters such as: detailed information about the owner, capital status, product information, business operation status in certain fields, capacity of tools and equipment (Business capability profile), etc., aimed at enhancing your credibility with partners and customers.
After authenticating the requested information, we will provide you with an authenticated business profile document. You may choose to publish this document on Lin Cabin’s website or not. If you choose to publish it, you will receive an authentication code to access the authenticated business profile listed on the website lincabin.com. Only those who access the website and have this authentication code will be able to view the authenticated business document.
Note:
When using Level 2 authentication service – Authentication of business profile (which already includes the information from Level 1), the Level 2 authentication code may or may not be the same as the Level 1 code depending on the client’s information security preferences. For example, after completing Level 2 authentication (which includes Level 1 information), if the client only wants to publish the basic information at Level 1 for users with the authentication code, then the information at Level 2 will be locked and require a separate code for access. In this case, users with the authentication code will only be able to access Level 1 authenticated information, and must contact the client to obtain a separate code to access Level 2 information. If the client wishes to publish all authenticated information, then users will only need one authentication code to view all published information.
