SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We provide a service to publish authenticated information of businesses seeking mergers, acquisitions, or investment partners on the M&A Information Platform – a trusted intermediary platform that transparently and professionally connects enterprises. This service consists of the following two steps:
Step 1: Authentication of business information to be published
All information in the buy/sell profiles of businesses intended for publication on the M&A Information Platform must be authenticated by Lin Cabin’s network of lawyers before being published.
Step 2: Publication of business profiles on the M&A Information Platform
Once the information in the buy/sell profiles has been authenticated, Lin Cabin will publish them on the M&A Information Platform so that any user visiting Lin Cabin’s website can view and search for them.
Note:
If clients have previously used Lin Cabin’s Business Authentication Service and want to publish authenticated information on the M&A Information Platform, they can simply select the information they want to publish from the already authenticated data. Lin Cabin will then confirm and publish it (skipping Step 1).
