I. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

LIN CABIN is an international organization established by a network of interconnected lawyers and professional legal organizations in multiple countries to verify business information, assets, and other transactions. Additionally, it supports business connections between enterprises of different countries on a highly reliable information platform.
These regulations apply to registered members using and posting information on the website https://lincabin.com/.
Organizations and individuals participating in activities on the website https://lincabin.com/ are free to negotiate based on respecting the rights and legitimate interests of all parties and must not violate the provisions of the law.
Activities such as posting information, requesting information verification, and buying/selling/liquidating business/production tools on the website https://lincabin.com/ must be conducted publicly, and transparently, and ensure the rights of all participating parties.
All contents in these regulations must comply with the current legal system of Vietnam. Members participating in activities on the LIN CABIN website must understand their legal responsibilities by the current laws of Vietnam and commit to adhering to the contents of the LIN CABIN regulations, as well as other provisions and policies published by LIN, not disclosed on the website https://lincabin.com/.
II. GENERAL REGULATIONS

This code is issued by the legal system of countries worldwide after verifying the information about the respective business or organization, and it is recognized globally. It is also a global standard for verifying businesses and is used by every business involved in international transactions. It is recognized, recommended, or required by government organizations connected to legally verified data by reputable legal entities worldwide.
If a company or organization wishes to engage in international transactions, it should have a LIN CABIN code. This will serve as a basis for the company, organization, or partner to identify the profile of the respective business or individual, as well as help enhance the global credibility and trustworthiness of the business, providing legally valid authentication.
The services we provide include:
- Verification of Business Capability Profiles: Authenticating the content of business profiles posted upon request. Searching for profiles of businesses that have been verified using simple and advanced search tools. Business capability profiles will be verified by lawyers or highly specialized experts in various fields. - When registering as a member of LIN CABIN, members understand that:
a) Members can create their accounts for usage.
b) Members can request to use services according to the specified standards and costs committed and published on the website.
The content of these Regulations complies with the current regulations of Vietnam. Members participating in activities on the LIN CABIN website must independently understand their legal responsibilities regarding the current laws of Vietnam and commit to complying with the contents of LIN CABIN’s Regulations and other regulations and policies posted by LIN CABIN not disclosed on the website https://lincabin.com/.
- How we maintain our services
When registering an account on the website https://lincabin.com/, you become a member and have access to the existing content on the website.
During the operation, if there are any requests related to the use of the services we provide in section II (1), you can submit a request, and we will conduct a survey and carry out the necessary actions. III. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE
In the event of a dispute or complaint, LIN CABIN encourages negotiation and reconciliation between the parties to reach an agreement on the resolution. If the parties are unable to negotiate with each other and request LIN CABIN to intervene in the matter, the decision of LIN CABIN shall be final. Disputes or complaints will be handled according to the following procedure:
Step 1: The member needs to contact and file a complaint directly on the website https://lincabin.com, under the “Complaints” section or through the contact information provided by LIN CABIN on the website. The system will record the complaint.
Step 2: The complaint resolution department of LIN CABIN will receive the requests from the complainant/disputing parties. LIN CABIN will provide specific measures to assist the complainant/disputing parties in resolving the issue based on the nature and severity of the case.
Step 3: LIN CABIN will request the disputing parties to provide complete information/documents related to the case and propose a resolution based on the information/documents collected within 7 working days from the date of receiving the complete relevant information/documents. In case the case involves extensive information or complex circumstances, the resolution period may be extended.
Step 4: If the case is beyond the capability and jurisdiction of LIN CABIN or if LIN CABIN has already made a final decision that neither party agrees with, LIN CABIN will request the disputing parties to resolve the case at the competent state authority in accordance with the provisions of the law.
IV. PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

- In the event of a hacker attack on the information storage server leading to the loss of a user’s data, LIN CABIN will be responsible for notifying the relevant investigative authorities and users.
- Individuals registering user accounts need to provide complete information, including Full Name; Business Name; Contact Address; Email; Phone Number; and Country, and are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. LIN CABIN shall not be held liable for and will not address any complaints regarding user rights in cases where the personal information provided by the user during initial registration is inaccurate.
V. PROTECTION OF MEMBER’S RIGHTS
The management board of LIN CABIN requires organizations and individuals to provide complete and accurate personal information when registering as members, including Full Name, Contact Address, Email, Phone Number, Account Number, Payment Card Number, Tax Identification Number, and authorized representative. They are responsible for the legal compliance of the provided information. LIN CABIN will not be held responsible for and will not address any complaints related to the rights of the member if it is found that all the personal information provided by the member during the initial registration is inaccurate.
In cases where LIN CABIN has applied measures and procedures to resolve complaints and disputes according to the current laws, regulations, and policies on LIN CABIN but cannot resolve the issue, or despite making a final decision, one or all parties do not agree with LIN CABIN’s resolution, LIN CABIN has the right to request the dissenting party to bring the matter to the competent state authority or court for settlement as stipulated by the law.
IX. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF LIN CABIN
- Rights of the LIN CABIN Management Board
The LIN CABIN Management Board exercises the following rights and obligations related to the management and use of the website by participating members:
1.1. Rights of the LIN CABIN Management Board:
- Establish regulations, procedures, and mandatory conditions applicable to members and users participating in the LIN CABIN website.
- In case there is evidence to prove that a member has provided inaccurate, distorted, incomplete information or violated Vietnamese laws or customs, LIN CABIN has the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the member’s right to use the services.
- LIN CABIN may terminate the membership and the right to use one or all services of a member if the member violates the LIN CABIN Regulations, violates the obligations of the member on the LIN CABIN website as stated in these Regulations, or engages in other activities that affect business operations on the LIN CABIN website.
- LIN CABIN may immediately terminate the service usage right and membership rights of a member if LIN CABIN discovers fraudulent, counterfeit, market-disrupting, or divisive activities against other members of LIN CABIN, or activities that violate the current laws of Vietnam. In the event of the termination of membership and the right to use the services, all certificates and rights granted to the member will automatically become void and terminated.
- LIN CABIN reserves the copyright to use the services and content on the LIN CABIN website according to the intellectual property protection regulations in Vietnam. All symbols and content in different languages are the property of LIN CABIN. Any act of copying, using, or unlawfully disseminating the property rights is strictly prohibited.
- LIN CABIN reserves the right to change the service rates, pricing, and payment methods during the provision of services to members according to the needs and capabilities of LIN CABIN and will notify the members in advance with a notice period of 1 (one) week.
1.2. Responsibilities of the LIN CABIN Management Board: - Develop and publicly disclose the operational regulations on the website; monitor and ensure the implementation of these regulations on the website.
- Implement mechanisms for checking and monitoring to ensure the accurate and complete provision of member information on the website.
- Store the registration information of participating organizations and individuals and regularly update relevant changes and additions.
- Apply necessary measures to ensure the security of information related to the business confidentiality of organizations and individuals.
- Publicly disclose the mechanism for resolving disputes arising during the operation on the website.
X. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF LIN CABIN MEMBERS
- Rights of LIN CABIN Members
- When registering to become a member of LIN CABIN and being approved by LIN CABIN, members will be able to use the services provided by LIN CABIN and may be required to use additional services such as business verification, asset verification, employee information verification, etc.
- Members will be provided with a unique username and password to be used for managing their activities on LIN CABIN.
- Members have the right to contribute opinions to LIN CABIN during its operation. Suggestions can be sent directly via mail, fax, email, or by calling LIN CABIN.
- Obligations of LIN CABIN Website Members
- Members are responsible for the security and preservation of their registration name, password, and email account and for all activities using the services under their registered name.
- Members are responsible for promptly notifying LIN CABIN of any unauthorized, abusive, or security-violating use of their registration name and password, and cooperate with LIN CABIN in handling such incidents.
- Members commit to providing accurate and truthful information to LIN CABIN and the information uploaded to the LIN CABIN website or provided to related individuals or departments of LIN CABIN during the membership registration process, dispute resolution, complaints, or other activities on the LIN CABIN website. This includes the personal information, privacy, and business confidentiality of any organization or individual, including LIN CABIN’s personal information, privacy, and business confidentiality, as well as its employees and partners.
- Members are responsible for the content, images of business information, and other information, as well as the entire transaction process with partners on the LIN CABIN website.
- Members commit and agree not to use LIN CABIN services for illegal, unreasonable, fraudulent, threatening, unauthorized information probing destructive, virus-generating, or system-damaging purposes. In the event of a violation, members shall be responsible for their actions under the law.
- Members commit not to modify, alter, copy, disseminate, distribute, provide, or create similar tools to the services provided by LIN CABIN to any third party without the consent of LIN CABIN as stated in these Regulations.
- Members shall not engage in actions that undermine the reputation of LIN CABIN in any form, such as causing disunity among members by using a secondary registration name, involving a third party, or disseminating information detrimental to the reputation of LIN CABIN.
- Members shall comply with the regulations, policies, and community standards of LIN CABIN and relevant legal regulations during the use of services.
XI. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS
The official operating regulations of LIN CABIN shall come into effect and be enforceable after five (05) days from the date of posting on the website. LIN CABIN has the right may change these regulations by notifying the members via the website https://lincabin.com/ and members shall comply with the legal requirements. By continuing to use the services after the amended Regulations have been announced and enforced, the member is deemed to have accepted these amended Regulations.
XII. COMMITMENT CLAUSE
All members and partners using LIN CABIN and engaging in activities on the LIN CABIN website are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these regulations.
